At Eiger Filters, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. If you wish to return an unused product in its original packaging, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and will process your request as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned item.

Please note that we do not accept returns of products that have been used or that have had their original packaging destroyed. If a returned product does not meet these criteria, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
