The Eiger 4-in-1 In-line Filter is a multi-stage water filtration system that provides clean, pure and healthy water for your home or office. It’s a suitable solution for any drinking water system or device that uses a 1/4” or 3/8” hose, making it ideal for water filters under the counter, reverse osmosis systems and water coolers. The filter is easy to install, maintain and replace.

The filter is built with 4 stages, each stage is designed to remove different types of contaminants from the water.

The first stage is Polypropylene filtration, which removes sediments (soil, mud, rust) and suspended solids. It’s chemically resistant and prevents the growth of microorganisms.

The second stage is KDF water filtration. This stage uses KDF55 which is a US patent filtration agent, it’s very effective in removing high levels of chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, heavy metals and has antibacterial properties. The medium creates an redox reaction to create an electrolyte environment in the water that prevents the growth of bacteria.

The third stage is Carbonated water filtration. Granular activated carbon (GAC) is a very effective filtration medium that absorbs many chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, THM, PCBs, chloramines and many other chemical compounds.

The fourth stage is Mineral, in this stage, the filter contains calcium limestone rocks, as the pure water flowing through the cartridge adds calcium to the water, giving you essentially mineral water in the tap with a slight increase in pH alkalinity.

The filter can handle a flow rate of 0.5 gallons (1.9 liters per minute) and has a maximum pressure of 125 psi. The lifespan of the filter is 3000 litres/6 months.
